VMware Tools Download For Windows
If you are currently using the VM Player latest version to setup a new virtual machine, then you will find that you will be unable to install the VMware tools to the new virtual machine.
Once you select the VMware tool menu option from the VM player, the application will connect to the VMware official website to download the tools, however it will return an error and stop you installing the tool. Besides, it will also inconvenient to use who doesn't have internet connection.
After I tried so many times/solutions and finally I gave up. I use my own solution to solve it by installing VMserver and then turn on the virtual machine to install the VMware tools.
I had also extracted the tools and shared it; if you are looking for the tools perhaps you can click on the link below to download the installer for your convenient. This will skip you from installing the VMserver to extract the tools.

How To Replace Spark Plug Wires
Steps to check the spark plug cable
- Do the checking at night or wait until it is dark outside.
- Start the car engine and then open the hood and remove the wires slowly.
- When removing the plug wires from the cylinder you must check carefully and look around the wires, if the wires light up meaning the wires are bad.
* If the wires in good condition, they won’t light up when the cable surface close to the engine. Only the head of the wires will light up because it connected to the plugs.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxiGBODq7Bk
Steps to replace spark plug cable
- Turn off the engine.
- Open the new plug cables and see whether are they label with 1, 2 , 3 and 4, if the new cables aren’t then lay them down and label them by the length of wires.
- Remove and replace the cable one by one. Do not think to unplug all at the same time unless you mark it with number.
- When removing cable from the distributor cap, remember to loose the gap first and not to remove by force. - Normally the manufacturer will deliver together with a plastic slot that use to hold the cable so that they don’t rub against each other or touch on any art of the engine.
Tips:
1. You can replace only those broken wires, but I prefer to replace 1 set (4 wires).
2. Don’t think to save cost and replace the low quality of spark plug wires, because it doesn’t worth and may be pay more in future for the maintenance.

Computer RAM Speed Chart
Some people may not know what is the current RAM speed they are using right now, therefore it may give them a problem when try to confirgure the memory speed of the computer.
This chart is helpful to those who plan the configure the RAM speed especially for the older machine. If you plan to upgrade your older machine but don't know what is the maximum RAM speed that the motherboard can handle then may be useless.
