Citibank Reward Point Redemption

I managed to redeem the watches from Citibank last week after accumulated the points for few years.

I redeemed the watches via Citibank online redemption service and the online service is very convenient and easy to use. The items only took 3 working days to deliver after i submitted the request to Citibank.
